We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, Sherpa continues working but new conversations are queued. You can upgrade at any time to increase your limit.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If Sherpa isn't the right fit for your business, contact us and we'll process a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing for Enterprise plans.
