Yes! The Basic Sherpa plan comes with a 14-day free trial. You get full access to all features during the trial period.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account dashboard. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing for Custom plans.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees on any standard plan. Custom Sherpa setup fees may apply and are quoted on a per-project basis.
What about Wellspring pricing?
Wellspring is a separate product designed for brands that want to control how AI shopping assistants represent their products. Because every deployment is different, Wellspring is custom-quoted after an initial consultation. There is a one-time setup fee and an annual subscription.
