Is it really free to start?
Yes. The Free plan puts a working Sherpa on your site with no credit card. Point it at your website, add one line of code, and it answers your visitors. Upgrade to Insight or Commerce whenever you want more.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Start free, then upgrade to Insight or Commerce from inside your account whenever you are ready. Annual billing saves you two months.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing for Custom plans.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees. Sherpa learns your business from your own website, so there is nothing to build by hand. Custom plans are quoted per project.
What about Wellspring pricing?
Wellspring is a separate product designed for brands that want to control how AI shopping assistants represent their products. Because every deployment is different, Wellspring is custom-quoted after an initial consultation. There is a one-time setup fee and an annual subscription.
